What's cooking #1

We had our first dinner at home last night and the always cheerful Jayson Atienza was our first guest. On the menu we had chicken lasagna (whole wheat pasta, of course), salad made of spinach and garden greens and garlic bread. Jayson brought a bottle of fine wine to top the whole meal off and we were all so full that we forgot all about the ice cream I'd bought for dessert.

Well, sadly I remember now....
