Cookie cutters unite...again.

Tis the season for my annual cookie party and this year the ladies impressed with all kinds of talent (I'm pretty sure some of them have been practicing their decorating skills from last year)! I had spent the past year wisely as well. I gathered and tested countless recipes and after weeks of pondering over my options, I narrowed it down to a few special treats.

We made Coconut macaroons, Pistachio-coconut macaroon, Oatmeal crunch with caramel filling, Sugar cookies, Gingerbread cookies, Peanut crackers dipped in chocolate and Jelly dots!

At the end of the night, and 7 hours of baking (!!)I finally got to turn the oven off and send everyone home with a box of yummy cookies.
The whole event was a delight from beginning to end, and even though my nick name for the night was "the cookie nazi", I have a feeling the girls enjoyed it just as much as I did.
